Cancellation before shipment (Valid only for orders placed and delivered in India):

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, you can do so through the following methods:

Via 'My Orders' Section:

  1. Access your account.
  2. Click on 'Orders'.
  3. Select the specific order.
  4. Choose 'Order Details'.
  5. Click on 'Cancel Item'.
  6. Select the item(s) you want to cancel.
  7. Provide a reason for cancellation and click 'Confirm'.
  8. Once submitted, your item(s) will be cancelled, and your refund will be processed.

Via the Help Center:

  1. Click on 'Have a Concern'.
  2. Choose 'Write To Us'.
  3. Submit a request with your order ID details and cancellation request.
  4. Our service representative will respond within 24 hours.

Via Email or Call:

Send an email to or call us on (+91) 9992088099 (10 AM To 7 PM) to cancel your order. Please include your order ID details.

Refund Process:

For cancellations before shipment, refunds are initiated within 24-48 business hours of receiving the cancellation request.

For cancellations after shipment or upon return, refunds are processed once the products are received and verified at our warehouse.

Refunds for credit/debit card or net banking payments are initiated within 24-48 business hours upon receiving the products back. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Cash on delivery (COD) refunds are not applicable for cancellations as pre-dispatch does not involve cash transactions. Refunds will be made to the source account within 5 business days of receiving the products back.

We do not offer wallet refunds for cancellations.

Discount Vouchers and Loyalty Points:

Discount vouchers are treated as used even if the order is canceled.

Loyalty points redeemed will be credited back to your account in case of cancellation.

How to Return an Item:

For Indian Orders:

We offer an 'Easy return policy' within 15 days of delivery. Follow these steps:

Click on 'Orders'.

Select 'Have a Concern' and provide the reason for return.

Alternatively, use the Help Center or email us at within 15 days of receiving the order.

Once your request is received, we will arrange for pick-up. Refunds or replacements are initiated upon receiving the products in their original packaging with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

Returns are not accepted for:

Misuse or overuse-damaged products.

Products without original packaging or with damaged packaging.

Tampered serial numbers.

Defective products not covered under warranty.

Used or altered products.

Requests initiated after 15 days of order delivery.

Free products provided by the brand.

Certain categories like customized products and personal care appliances are also not eligible for return due to hygiene or promotional reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

Follow the same return process within 15 days of delivery.

Provide relevant details and images.

Once verified, we will initiate a refund or replacement.

Returning Free Gifts:

Free gifts included with the order must be returned along with the original product.

Partial Order Returns:

You can return part of your order. Each item must be returned in full, including all components and complimentary gifts.

We’ll check your returns and credit your refund to your card, bank account, or wallet account. If you’ve paid by cash, you’ll receive a Credit Note.


Q: Will you accept a return if I've discarded the outer packaging?

A: Yes, please wrap the returned products before handing them over to our courier partner, provided it includes all the tags, accessories, promotional gifts, and warranty cards that came with your order.


Q: Can I return part of a promotional purchase, where the discount was based on the total cost of my purchase?

A: Yes, you can.


Q: If I pay for my order by Debit/Credit Card or wallet, how long will it take to process my refund?

A: If you return your products by placing an online return request, here’s how it works:

   - We’ll then take 2 business days to initiate the refund.

   - Your bank or card may take a further 7 to 10 business days to process the transaction.
