HOW TO USE

• Pull the inner tube out. Use your thumb and middle finger to hold the applicator.
• Place the tip of the applicator into your vaginal opening.
• Keep hold of the applicator. With your index finger gently push the inner tube all the way into the outer tube.
• Once the inner tube is pressed completely, the tampon has been inserted. Gently remove the applicator.
• Removal of the tampon: Wash your hands, sit on the toilet seat and gently pull out the tampon.
